    If you have an in-house creative team, we can also plug in as strategic oversight and ad management only.

Packages, Pricing & Scope

  • Our retainers are built around the full DAX method: Design + Analyze + Execute. Each tier defines:

    • The level of strategy and support.

    • The volume of content and campaigns.

    • The depth of reporting and optimization.

    You pay a fixed monthly fee for our services, and your ad spend is separate. We then manage and optimize that spend within the agreed limits.

  • No. Our retainer covers our work—strategy, management, creative, optimization, and reporting.

    Your ad spend is paid directly to the platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok). We help you determine a budget that makes sense based on your goals and stage of business.

  • We offer both:

    • One-off projects like audits, strategy blueprints, or launch campaigns.

    • Ongoing retainers for brands that want continuous management and growth.

    Many clients start with a project (like a strategy or audit) and then move into a retainer once they see the value of the DAX approach.

Process & Onboarding

  • Our onboarding usually follows this flow:

    • Discovery Call – We learn about your business, goals, and current marketing.

    • Proposal & Scope – We recommend the right DAX-based package and outline deliverables.

    • Kickoff & Strategy (Design) – We run a deeper strategy session and create your roadmap.

    • Setup & Tracking (Analyze) – We ensure platforms, pixels, and tracking are properly configured.

    • Launch & Implementation (Execute) – We start creating content, running campaigns, and optimizing.

    You will know exactly what to expect and when.

  • Strategy (Design) happens in week 1. Implementation (Execute) follows immediately. While organic growth is a marathon, our mathematically engineered roadmaps are designed to identify "quick wins" within the first 30–60 days.

  • We aim to keep your involvement focused and efficient. Typically, we need you to:

    • Provide brand assets, offers, and any non-negotiable messaging guidelines.

    • Approve strategy and creative (especially early on).
